The firm is founded by Ms. Swati Singhania, who is a senior finance professional with almost 20 years of experience of various fields of Accounts, Finance and Business. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, and Insolvency Professional. She has worked with Companies like Linde Ltd, Crisil Ltd. She has also Co-Founded few businesses and continues to be on the Mentor Team for Many Start-Ups. As an entrepreneur – she boot -strapped the business and helped it become profitable and sustainable within the first three years. Her experience with the corporate world has given her hands on experience on Financial Modeling, Risk Analysis and Business plan monitoring. She has been invited to speak at various forums.

She has been recognised by various platforms including ICAI, TAlly, ACAE, JCI etc. She is also a guest speakers for platforms like Kool Kanya, Her Money, Hen India.
