EPR Target Fulfilment
EPR Target is the way in which CPCB calculates the ‘obligation’ that each category of stakeholder (manufacturers/importers of IT & electronic products, plastic packaging chains, brand owners, including online platforms/marketplaces and supermarkets/retailers, and plastic waste processors.) needs to fulfill.
How do we help?
EPR targets are not the same for all, it varies with respect to each category. With in-depth knowledge and experience in processing these complicated documents, we help companies navigate and successfully pass these phases and avail relevant permissions and licenses at the earliest.
EPR Registration
Extended Producer’s Responsibility or EPR Certificate is mandatory for the Indian manufacturers/importers of IT & electronic products, plastic packaging chains, brand owners, including online platforms/marketplaces and supermarkets/retailers, and plastic waste processors. The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) under MoEFCC, Government of India is charged with providing EPR Authorization. With this certification, the stakeholders are given the responsibility to control & manage waste by the products after the expiry of their lifetime.
How do we help?
We offer complete support in availing EPR Authorization right from the stage of registration and documentation to meeting all forms of formalities and finally obtaining the EPR Certificates.
EPR Compliance
Compliance means companies need to fulfill the obligations of the relevant legislation. Not sticking to these standards leads to the cancellation of the authorization certificate issued by CPCB. The manufacturers/importers of IT & electronic products, plastic packaging chains, brand owners, including online platforms/marketplaces and supermarkets/retailers, and plastic waste processors are required to meet compliance formalities.
